MEREPUT


Assalamualikum wbt

It's been awhile since my last entry last couple of months. Now i'm up with new spirit to update a new one. Fuhhh !

Though i'm still on my not so long holidays (semester break) and got a lot of time to actually make time to write something for my blog, unfortunately i refused. HAHAHA Now i'm in GREAT MOOD to make it so let's continue reading yall!

During my holidays, not much i can do since my dad and mom working. Had planned to travel anywhere around Malaysia but I don't think my parents would allow me to do that. Not even dream about it. HUIHUI SO mereput jela dekat rumah.

Friends are not around untuk ajak jalan-jalan plus there's no car available anyway (Kakak has started her practical). And if mom ever ask me lepaks together, that is THE BEST MOMENT hokey. Sometimes i did felt a bit of jealousy towards my friends yang pergi bercuti tu and disappointed as well cause i didn't do anything that could actually worth my holidays. Lepas ni, of course it's hard to get any cuti and professional examination is just around the corner and i didn't prepare anything yet just do nothing at home. Dah kata nama student, it's a bit hard to study at home lah kan.

But my holidays not just waste that wayy lah. Since i've started cooking during my SPM level. I tried new recipes. My mom is strict about things like this. ANAK DARA'S THINGS! She'll make sure that her daughters know how to cook, kemas rumah and stuff.

So everyday i'll cook for my family. Until at one point i'm out of idea what to make. HAIH
Today i decided to take some pictures of what i did today. SAMBAL IKAN KERISI WITH SAYUR LEMAK ! YEAYY (Mom wasn't at home so okay la kalau nak take pictures pun)

So here are the ingredients.

Ikan kerisi after been siang

Mom said "MASAK PUN KENE ADA SENI, BARU ORANG BERSELERA NAK MAKAN!" Plus "NAK MASAK PUN KENE PANDAI BAHAGI MASA BIAR TAK LAMBAT SIAP".

Well said!

At one time tu, i forget to use the right kuali untuk goreng ikan! Sooo here was the result...

Hancur ikan tu dibuatnya. lagi pun ikan tu memang leceh sikit nak di goreng

Lemah! semangat nak masak sedap but just because of a tiny silap ikan jadi that way. HAIh
so i took the right kuali and used it for goreng other fishes.

Ni la ikan after been fried by the right kuali. haha cantik sikit la

Ni pula sambal untuk di curah atas ikan kerisi itu

Now all of them dah selamat masuk dalam perut. Alhamdullilah!
